SRC's Training Courses

SRC, in cooperation with our industry partners, offers training programs designed to give our customers a firm understanding of the tools and techniques needed to design and maintain reliable systems and equipment. SRC has been offering courses in reliability and related disciplines for over 25 years. At the same time, SRC performs engineering and consulting services for hundreds of government and industry organizations annually. This combination of practical problem resolution, coupled with training expertise, results in very effective training programs.

This results-oriented course provides both an in-depth introduction to the underlying statistical theory and methods of accelerated testing as well as a complete overview and step-by-step guidance on practical applications of the learned theory.

This course is a practical applications course for the breakthrough improvement of product performance, and/or solution of problems that will not yield to conventional methods. It covers powerful statistical testing and its effective management.

This course is based on the Naval Air Systems Command's RCM process. Although developed for aviation, the NAVAIR process has been applied successfully on a wide range of industrial equipment. The course provides practical knowledge and includes case studies.

This applications-oriented course covers the main statistical methods used in reliability and life data analysis, starting with an overview of probability and reliability theory followed by a discussion of the primary discrete and continuous distributions used in reliability data analysis.

This training course is tailored for reliability engineers, systems engineers, quality assurance engineers and software engineers. It features hands-on software reliability measurement, analyses and design. Practical approaches are stresses with many examples included.

Taguchi Approach for Product and Process Improvement (0.02M)
Design of Experiment (DOE) is a powerful statistical technique for improving the performance of product and process designs. A simpler and much standardized form of this technique, as prescribed by Dr. Genichi Taguchi, allows one to easily learn and apply it in engineering and scientific designs & development projects. Classroom instructions in this course will focus on teaching the application techniques through actual case studies.
